Jack Watson attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, graduating in 2021 with Honors in Psychology & Business (Real Estate). As a full-time senior working on his thesis, he obtained his real estate license and proceeded to assist buyers and sellers navigate the most competitive real estate market in history. During this time, he created his Incredible Client Experience and cultivated Raving Fan Clients. Even in this sometimes challenging market, Jack and his Team have been able to help so many people accomplish their goals and objectives because of their exceptional service, assertive sales skills, top-of-the line marketing, cutting edge technology and most importantly -- hard work. Jack currently lives in Chicopee with his partner Jess and enjoys traveling to exotic locations.

Jack was the perfect person to sell our home. He was enthusiastic, organized [a quality that was extremely important to me] and honest. He understood that this was our first and only home and that this was a very emotional experience for us. He listened patiently and soothed our concerns. Most importantly he sold our home quickly in an ever changing market which is the point of hiring a realtor. His communication was timely and consistent. Jack gave us lists of what to do and when. Jack Watson and the Rovi Homes team are one of the best real estate teams my husband and I have ever worked with. While my husband was deployed over seas with the Airforce, and my self currently living in Arizona Jack managed to help us search for homes remotely, send us video tours which he personally took extra time to create for us, and helped answer any questions we had despite being in three different time zones (my husband in Abu Dhabi, me in Arizona, and Jack in Massachusetts) He helped us put in 7 offers before landing our perfect home, (the market has been super competitive). On our 7th offer we were up against 11 other offers on the same house, and Jack was able to provide insight and help us tweak our offer to make it the most competitive and get it accepted. We then were able to come up to Massachusetts, do the inspections and then come back up for signing He even managed to close on our home a day early and work with our incredibly tight schedule.
